Mental Health or Substance Abuse (Meth Addiction) ???? The fact that I have countless videos of this guy smoking Meth validates my position that he has a Substance Abuse problem. He could also have a Mental Health disorder but his main problem is the Meth. Like all the Meth Zombies downtown (All over San Jose now) this man is allowed to break the law all day long with no consequences and we give him a free pass by playing the Mental Health Card. He needs help (DRUG REHAB).... And this does not involve giving him more money for Meth. The money you give him out of sympathy is for more drugs.... He is well feed and this is a fact.... He also has an EBT card with Food Stamps....he has a low income bus pass....and more likely has a bunch of other hand outs from the county.... Crystal Meth is Cheap.... for less then 10 bucks a day these people can remain high.... STOP FEEDING THE SQUIRRELS!!!!!!! Get this man into a Rehab Facility Santa Clara County before it is to late!!!
