It’s a bird…. It’s a plane…. It’s a San Jose Police Department Homicide Detective hiding in the bushes! And yes, he has a decibel reading device! You just can’t make this shit up… HAHAHAHAHA!!! The detective is in the bushes collecting data on how loud this protester, Scott Largent, can get because the SJPD is desperate for evidence to build a case against him in order to silence his protest. What a waste of taxpayer money… a homicide detective on “Silence the Protester” detail! I’m sure there are plenty of unsolved homicide cases that need this officer’s attention yet here he is…stalking the one homeless advocate fighting for his rights. It’s shameful that our city is not only “gassing” the homeless community but they’re doing everything they can to silence their political dissent. This is not the first time Scott Largent has been set up by the current regime of the San Jose Police Department. Check out his YouTube postings. He has posted numerous chest camera videos that document the extent the SJPD is willing to go to shut him up. In December 2016, Mr. Largent’s home, a 30’ RV, was taken by the San Jose Police Department. All his personal possessions were confiscated and are still unaccounted for. Official complaints were filed but to date, no investigation has been launched to address his concerns. The towing company has not been investigated, no officers have been disciplined and no towing contract has been pulled. Because of Mr. Largent’s uncompromising pursuit for justice, he has been physically assaulted, wrongfully arrested, harassed, spit on, threatened, jailed and maliciously prosecuted. He has been detained numerous times for no reason other than to harass him for exercising his first amendment rights. Mr. Largent has no criminal record. He is not on probation or parole. He has a clean DMV record and has been sober for close to three years. He is an activist and is holding the SJPD accountable for their actions. Unfortunately, the SJPD doesn’t want to listen and Mr. Largent won’t be silenced! When Police Chief “Fast Eddie” Garcia has his leadership questioned, he goes into full “Butt Hurt” mode. He will do anything in his power to silence the homeless community from speaking up. This video is a prime example of the failures of the San Jose Police Department under the leadership of Chief Garcia. At the moment, Garcia is “judge shopping” to put the nail in the coffin of Mr. Largent’s civil rights. His boss, “Stinky Sam” Liccardo, is also very repressive. He plays games to prevent the public from addressing the city council by tearing up speaker cards and adjourning meetings without giving members of the public time to speak, a clear violation of the Brown Act. If those shady tactics don’t work, he uses his “hired muscle” to intimidate dignified rivals that challenge his leadership. Police Chief Eddie Garcia and Mayor Sam Liccardo are simply bullies. This is not the first time the City of San Jose has tried to silence homeless advocates. They did the same exact thing to another advocate named Cary Andrew Crittenden. Please take the time to Google what was done to another “Good Will Sole” that is pretty much doing “Gods” work to protect the most vulnerable segment of our population: “The Homeless Community” The upper brass at the San Jose Police Department are responsible for this mess they have caused by not doing the right thing. They are trying to wreck Mr. Largent’s life and take even more from him than they already have. If you don’t come from wealth, power, influence or Bellarmine, you don’t matter. The videos provided clearly document what is wrong with the San Jose Police Department.
