In this Video Scott “The Protester” Largent is recording a statement of his community concerns and complaints about the City of San Jose and the Police Department. This is Law Abiding activity under both the California and United States Constitution. Mr. Largent should never be harassed for waking up the American Public on the corruption in our Legal Community. This harassment comes directly from the Chiefs Office, City Attorney, City Manager, and Mayor Sam Liccardo. The City of San Jose is very anti-democratic and is well know for its shady tactics to silence political dissent. Not to mention the current “Well Planned Out” attack on the homeless community to eliminate them from our city. Both our Police Chief “Fast Eddie Garcia” and Mayor “Stinky Sam Liccardo” know exactly what is happening and have turned a Blind Eye….. Mr. Largent is fighting for his property, his father’s ashes, and also EVERY Americans civil rights. Scott Largent has had everything he owns taken by the City and Police Department with no legal justification. He has been run thru several Jury Trials over simply exercising his First Amendment Rights and standing up against this “800-pound Gorilla” known as SJPD. It is disgusting what this City has done to silence Scott Largent. Mr. Largent tried to go the tradition route to complain at City Council meetings only to have the Mayor tear up his speaker cards. The Mayor has also ordered his staff and security to harass Mr. Largent to keep him from exposing their “Dirty Deeds” This is all documented on Video and will be provided to the Public on You Tube. This is Not North Korea….. This is American and Mayor “Stinky Sam” Liccardo needs to resign.
