It's time for some BOLD action Santa Clara County.... Behavioral Health has an annual budget of 526 million dollars and we still see people like this poor women wandering the streets of San Jose half naked. I truly believe this women is a threat to herself and we need to intervene now to help save her life. Letting her wander downtown is not the solution at all....
